Teaching Entrepreneurialism To Your Children

I follow Timothy Ferriss on Twitter and was more than pleased to find this video at his suggestion. Tim is the entrepreneur who wrote the bestselling book titled ‘The Four Hour Work Week‘ in which he extols the virtues of concentrated focus on getting things done so that you can use your time to do more things you want to do. Tim is a prolific sharer of his experiences and knowledge, and he announced this video on his Twitter stream tonight.

In this video, Cameron Herold talks about how his parents instilled in him the virtues of entrepreneurialism; how to work hard, solve problems, and take risk in order to succeed. He gives terrific advice on teaching children these principles (and more), and how to encourage them.

This video is a must-see for every parent, and has some great advice for raising our children to see the world a little differently and to take advantage of opportunities to make our world a better place.

Please take a moment to watch this; whether you are a parent, a student, or a child, I guarantee you will find inspiration in these next few minutes…

I love the video, great find.
I was just able to speak at the Utah Governors Student Business Summit, to help students become more entrepreneurial minded and teach them how to start a business.
