Kim Olson, a local leader and trainer for Isagenix, takes her personal growth to a whole new level.
Kim Joined with friend and business partner Cindy Heugly of American fork, in Santa Barbra California to participate in a leadership course provided by Isagenix called “Beyond Courage”. She achieved a certification that has afforded her new opportunity and a new ability to face challenges and achieve success.
Kim says it has completely changed her life. Kim learned that, “In order to get to places you’ve never been… You have to do things you’ve never done.”
In sharing what she learned at the Beyond Courage training, she said “I found the courage to step out of my comfort zone in order to learn and grow. I did things there I never thought possible for me to ever do, and learned that when I am comfortable, I am not growing. And I was uncomfortable! I know I can have, do, or be anything I desire.”
Kim Strives each day to be the best leader she can be, and is 100% committed to reaching her goals and helping others on her team to reach theirs. She tries to turn every challenge into an opportunity, an outlook she credits for her personal success.
With the Beyond Courage certification, Kim is now traveling the world to train others on how to build a successful Isagenix business and continuing to encourage and inspire others.
