Colony Tire Customers Now Watching AutoNetTV
Colony Tire customers are being educated and entertained with AutoNetTV programming while waiting for their car to be serviced. The agreement with the repair locations in North Carolina and Virginia will include custom Colony Tire branding and promotional messages to be aired in conjunction with AutoNetTV programming. The before and after business hours Pro Channel program will also be used for corporate training and announcements to employees.
The AutoNetTV waiting-room programming at Colony Tire locations will teach customers about the performance, safety and cost-saving benefits of having regular maintenance service done on their vehicles. The interesting educational reports cover a range of topics from Air Conditioning Service and Differential Service to Higher Mileage Service Intervals. The education content is integrated with entertainment segments such as movie reviews and programming from CBS including Rachel Ray, College Sports TV, The Early Show and more.
“We here at Colony Tire are thrilled to work with AutoNetTV, “says Doug Hodges, Executive Vice President of Colony Tire. “With the informative automotive education and top-notch entertainment, it truly is the best of both worlds. I’m glad to say our shops enjoy it and, more importantly, our customers enjoy it.”
The balance of education and entertainment will create a positive waiting experience for customers at Colony Tire. In a recent Nielsen Company study, customer surveys found 84% agreed that AutoNetTV is a good thing for a service center to offer its customers. Additionally, 1 out of 5 customers became more interested in obtaining a product or service after watching AutoNetTV.
“AutoNetTV is very excited to work with the great folks at Colony Tire,” says Bobby Cannon, AutoNetTV Sales Manager. “They recognize the many benefits of having a well-informed customer, and reinforcing the benefits of their services while people sit and wait. The program looks fantastic with the inclusion of Colony Tire TV spots, focused on brand reinforcement and current promotions. We look forward to being a part of their overall company marketing plan.”
