Brooke Andrus MassageSuffering a high stress job to a near breaking point, I finally decided to take a break and treat myself to a relaxing massage before my heart decided to call it quits. I am now convinced I should do this every day.

I met Brooke Andrus, a Licensed Massage Therapist, a few months ago and made an appointment with her for a massage at her office, which is conveniently located within the offices of Alpine Spinal Rehabilitation Center, in Northern Provo at Jamestown Square. Allowing my work and busy schedule to get in the way, I postponed and procrastinated. Not a good idea.

With a mounting ball of stress in the center of my back, and ten inches of new fallen snow on my driveway in need of shoveling, I knew it was time to give Brooke a call and get in for some serious relaxation. Definitely a good idea.

I gave her a call and scheduled an appointment. She was able to get me in almost right away.

Prepare yourself for one terrific massage. I could tell almost instantly that she is not only skilled and experienced, but serious about her work. After a quick survey of my basic medical history we were underway. I immediately fell off the planet and into a very happy place.

Brooke’s massage was very relaxing, and gave me a much needed break from the stress of my day. I felt like I just had a mini vacation and actually got back to work ready and refreshed.

While not a massage connoisseur, I have had a good number of massages and always compare my experiences. The massage I received from Brook Andrus was better than I expected, and well worth the reasonable cost. I will visit Brooke again, and hope it is more often than not. She offers half-hour massages (great for lunchtime) and full hour. I did half an hour, but will go for the full hour next time. Her prices are surprisingly reasonable.

If you are currently suffering from high stress, show shovel back pain, or just need a quiet break to get away from it all, give Brooke Andrus a call. You will definitely be glad you did.
