Kip Kint, Success Coach

Kip KintKip Kint gave the presentation at our local BNI meeting this week. Rather than give us a basic run down of his success coaching business, Mission Ignition, he decided to give us all a ten-minute coaching session. Nice.

Kip talked about our Emotional Bank Accounts, and explained that we are constantly making emotional deposits to and withdrawals from our relationships. Relationships, including personal and business relationships, can experience a negative balance, affecting trust, confidence, and loyalty.

Kip provided us all with an Emotional Bank Account Log and encouraged us to record all the transactions we conduct with a specific person, recording the balance just as you would with a bank account. I am not being too fervent with the worksheet, however I am a little more aware of my own Emotional Bank Accounts, and how it effects whether people are willing to work with me.

If you have a moment, check out Kip’s Success Blog at http://blog.missionignition.com . Subscribe to his weekly update and prepare yourself for a free snippet of good advice. For those of you interested in building your success, give Kip Kint a call at Mission Ignition; his program has helped hundreds of people reach their goals, succeed, and prosper.

Thanks Kip.
